Return & Exchange Policy
- You can apply for a return or exchange within 15 days of your purchase.
- If you are not satisfied, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange maximum within a week of receiving the returned goods.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for a return to be acceptable.
- The exchange depends on the availability of stock at that moment.
- Only original price of the product will be refundable and not the courier charges.
- Once we have received your return package and you have provided us with either your bank account or any other means to receive your money back, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. In the case of bank transfer, please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.

If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.
STEP 2: REPACK PRODUCT
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.

Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address
